We ring in the New Year with our first tasting at what many consider to be one of the country’s leading "cavistes” (wine shops) specializing in wines of the Loire Valley. Under the guidance of Eben Lillie, the tasting will reveal the remarkable diversity of Loire appellations, as listed below. In addition, Eben has promised a few surprises (ie treasures from the Chambers Street cellars)!
